The Marketing Department of Christ University Institute of Management conducted a Corporate Panel Discussion on Social Media Marketing and its impact on the changing trends of marketing activities. Some of the key matter of focus was on Branding in Social Media, use of Social Media tools and creating effective content strategies, impact of Social Media on advertising agencies, measuring the performance in terms of ROI, practicality and sustainability of Social Media and creating and implementing a Social Media marketing strategy. Strategic solutions, a tactical issue or just about the foundation concept, there was a benefit from the valuable guidance and exchange of ideas that took place. The panellists were extremely articulate and interactive. A capacity audience of over 1000 Social Media enthusiasts attended the session and participated in the discussions zealously.
